Mambo Trading does not warranty branded consumable products in any way against workmanship defects or defective performance. The recourse for branded consumables should be pursued with the respective manufacturer.
Consumable products includes but are not limited to: bags, CD/DVD media, circuit boards, coffee brewers, computers, copiers, developers, digital products, downloadable software, drums, ethernet switches, external drives, face masks, face shields, fusers, gift cards, gloves, hand sanitizer, headsets, imaging units, ink cartridges, laptops, maintenance kits, modems, monitors, network switches, OPC belts, photoconductor drums, prepaid cards, printers, servers, storage products, surge protection, toner cartridges, transfer units, vacuums, water dispensers, water filters, and parts.
Mambo Trading will warranty copier equipment that is on a maintenance plan with us.
Mambo Trading offers a 1-year Performance Warranty with a full 60-day money-back guarantee on all compatible, and remanufactured consumable products such as drums, fusers, ink, ribbons, and toner. Refer to the Refunds and Returns Policy section for information on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process. We will give you a full refund or replacement, less shipping charges.
Does not apply to:
The following conditions are not covered under our warranty for compatible and remanufactured products:- Ink and toner cartridges found to be less than 70% full on return
- Products ordered or supplied from another company
- Products damaged from abuse, freezing, improper installation, being left in the sun or excessive heat, misuse, neglect, overcharging, tampering, etc
- Removal of any lot number, serial number markings or stickers, or warranty number
- The warranty expires one year after delivery
