Order Cancellation

• We understand that there may be times when orders need to be canceled. However, all orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment immediately after they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees.
• Orders are typically pulled and packed for shipment 15 minutes after the order was placed. If this time frame has expired, the buyer can still ask if the order can be canceled by immediately calling 1 (562) 663-9002.
• If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, there will be no penalties. Please make sure you receive confirmation from Mambo Trading by email or by calling us.
• If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
• Once an order has been canceled, it can’t be undone. You will need to re-place your order.
  If a promotion or offer is no longer available on the website when re-placing an order, your order total will be recalculated.

_Backorder

• The buyer may cancel anytime while product is on backorder.
