Reward Points

Mambo Trading Reward Points Program allows customers to earn points when shopping with us. Get 1 point for every $1.00 you spend, and there is no limit on the points you could earn.

Earn reward points on every purchase. When you create an online account, you are automatically enrolling in our Rewards program, and points are tracked within your account. If you do not want to be part of the Rewards program, please contact us.

The following conditions apply:

• All reward points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, returned, or exchanged.
• If you are returning products and have already redeemed the points you had earned for this product, you will be charged for the discount you received from the redemption of these points.
• Reward points only apply to the price of the item and not to shipping and handling charges.
• Reward points are subject to alteration, change, substitution, or termination by Mambo Trading at its sole discretion at any time.
• Reward points can only be received or redeemed on orders shipping within the United States.
• Reward points do not expire, but they will be forfeited if the account is inactive for 12 months.
• The buyer is responsible for taxes and shipping costs incurred in relation to the receipt or redemption of Reward points.
• When products are being returned, points will be deducted from your account based on the refund amount.

Redeem Reward Points

Reward points can be redeemed for gift cards from various merchants (minimum of $20.00) or to pay an open Mambo Tarding invoice balance (no minimum amount). Every 1,000 points is equivalent to a $20.00 of Mambo Trading credit. Points only can be use on a new order.
