Shipping Policy

Heavy-weight orders exceeding 200 lbs are shipped by LTL Freight carriers which usually require an additional day of processing.

If ordering multiple products or in large quantities, your shipment may originate from more than one location, arrive on different dates, and be packaged separately. 

Please note that some shipping restrictions apply to certain products, and we will advise you accordingly upon purchase.

Shipping Carrier

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. 
  • Shipping costs are based on the products in your cart and destination.  Please note service to and from less populated or accessible domestic and international areas carries higher operating costs from the carriers.  The extended and remote area surcharges are assessed to more accurately reflect the costs of providing service to these areas.
  • We do not ship to APO (Army Post Office) /FPO (Fleet Post Office) /DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations or PO boxes at this time.
  • All orders are subject to product availability.  If product is in stock, we generally ship on the same day you place your order by 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).  Depending on your location, it usually takes 1 to 6 business days to receive your order via ground shipping. Shipping to Canada can take up to 7 to 13 business days to arrive.
  • Depending on the availability, destination, size, and weight of the package, Mambo Trading will choose from one of these carriers:  FedEx, OnTrac, UPS, and USPS.
  • If product is not in stock and there is limited supply from the manufacturer, we will notify you that your order will be delayed. If it is unavailable or you ask us to cancel the order, we will refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

Most orders will require a signature at delivery. Before signing the delivery confirmation/freight bill for the carrier, please count the number of cartons/pieces and note any shortage and/or damage on the delivery confirmation/freight bill. Check your package contents very carefully before discarding the box within 48 hours after delivery. Please be sure to follow these instructions for us to be able to help you quickly and effectively.




Refused Deliveries

  • Refused shipments are treated as regular returns and may be charged a non-refundable 30% restocking fee, plus the shipping costs to the buyer and back to our warehouse.




Undeliverable

  • Double-check the address carefully when placing your order to avoid an incorrect or outdated address.
  • A carrier may be unable to deliver if the address is restricted, such as a correctional facility, prison, or other similar institution. The products or the carrier responsible for delivery may be subject to specific restrictions.
  • The carrier attempted delivery but failed. The carrier will make three attempts to deliver a package. If not successful, they will return it to Mambo Trading.
  • If the package is damaged while on its way to the buyer, the carrier will return it to Mambo Trading without attempting delivery.
  • International shipments will be subject to package abandonment and will NOT be eligible for any refunds or credits.  
  • If the shipment is undeliverable because the wrong address was entered online, the customer is responsible for paying the extra charges for redelivery to the correct address or return shipping to Mambo Trading.
